Terms governing access to and use of fstln.io and related Fastlane corporate web pages.

1. About Fastlane

The Site is operated by:

Legal entity:[FASTLANE LEGAL ENTITY NAME]

Registered or principal address:[CONFIRM LEGAL ADDRESS]

Company registration number:[IF APPLICABLE]

Legal contact:[legal@fstln.io - CREATE OR CONFIRM]

In these Terms, "Fastlane", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the entity identified above.

2. Purpose and scope of the Site

The Site presents information about Fastlane, our DTC and global growth capabilities, markets, projects, insights, careers, events, and ways to contact us. It is intended primarily for businesses, professionals, partners, and job candidates.

These Terms govern use of the Site only. They do not govern paid consulting, marketing, technology, commerce, operational, or other client services. Any client engagement is subject to a separate written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by the relevant parties.

3. Eligibility and authority

You may use the Site only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms. If you use the Site for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization in relation to your use of the Site.

4. Information only; no professional advice or offer

Site content is provided for general information and marketing purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, regulatory, investment, employment, or other professional advice. You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before making a decision.

Nothing on the Site is an offer, guarantee, binding quotation, or commitment to provide services. A business relationship begins only when the parties agree to separate written terms.

5. Inquiries, proposals, and client engagements

Submitting a contact form, requesting a proposal, scheduling a call, or discussing a potential project does not create an agency, partnership, fiduciary, employment, confidential, or contractual relationship unless Fastlane expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Do not submit trade secrets, confidential information, personal data about third parties, or sensitive information through an open website form. If information must be treated as confidential, first request and complete an appropriate confidentiality agreement.

Proposals, estimates, timelines, availability, and commercial terms are subject to confirmation and may change until a definitive agreement is executed.

6. Careers and applications

The Site may display vacancies or link to an external recruitment platform. A job listing is not a promise of employment and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Applicants must provide accurate information and must not submit material they are not authorized to disclose.

Recruitment decisions remain subject to Fastlane's internal process, role requirements, lawful checks, and any separate employment terms. Candidate information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and, where relevant, the recruitment platform's own notice.

7. Permitted use

Fastlane grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for lawful business, informational, recruitment, or personal evaluation purposes, subject to these Terms.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not, directly or indirectly:

  • Use the Site in violation of law, regulation, sanctions, export controls, court order, or another person's rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, servers, networks, source code, data, or security controls.
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, denial-of-service activity, or other material intended to disrupt or damage systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, index, copy, or extract Site content or data at scale without our written permission, except as permitted by applicable law or standard search-engine operation.
  • Use bots or automated tools in a manner that creates unreasonable load, circumvents controls, or interferes with normal operation.
  • Impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit false or misleading information.
  • Remove notices, rights-management information, watermarks, branding, or technical protections.
  • Copy, republish, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content except with written permission or as expressly allowed by law.
  • Use Fastlane's name, trademarks, case studies, client references, or visual assets to imply endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents - including branding, logos, visual systems, glass-pipe and light-beam concepts, graphics, videos, animations, photographs, text, software, layout, interfaces, reports, and other materials - are owned by or licensed to Fastlane and are protected by intellectual property and unfair-competition laws.

No right, title, or license is granted except the limited right to use the Site under these Terms. Fastlane and related marks may not be used without prior written permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. User submissions and feedback

You retain ownership of materials you submit through the Site. You grant Fastlane a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, and use those materials only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, operate the Site, assess an application, protect security, or comply with law.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to submit the materials and that our permitted use will not violate another person's rights.

If you voluntarily provide general ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Site or Fastlane's services, we may use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you or disclose confidential information contrary to an applicable agreement.

11. Case studies, client references, and results

Case studies, client names, testimonials, project descriptions, market statistics, and performance results are presented for illustration and may be summarized, anonymized, rounded, or based on a specific period and scope. They do not guarantee that another client, market, or campaign will achieve the same result.

Actual outcomes depend on factors outside Fastlane's control, including product quality, price, market conditions, competition, media costs, inventory, legal requirements, client decisions, platform policies, and execution by third parties.

References to third-party companies, products, or trademarks do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

12. Third-party websites, platforms, and content

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites, social networks, video players, maps, recruitment platforms, commerce platforms, or other services. They are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Fastlane does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, products, services, statements, or practices. A link does not by itself mean that Fastlane endorses the third party.

13. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. The Site's cookie settings explain and control cookies and similar technologies. By using the Site, you acknowledge that these documents apply to relevant processing and technologies.

14. Availability, security, and changes

We may update, redesign, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, harmful components, or compatibility issues.

You are responsible for maintaining suitable devices, connectivity, software, backups, and security practices when accessing the Site.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". Fastlane disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and results.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information useful and current, but website content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or forward-looking statements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastlane and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss; loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, reputation, or data; or loss arising from reliance on Site content, third-party services, interruption, malware, or unauthorized access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastlane's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount, if any, you paid Fastlane specifically for access to the Site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

The exclusions and limits in this section do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits limitation.

17. Indemnity for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, if you use the Site on behalf of a business, that business will defend and indemnify Fastlane against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Site, or materials submitted without the necessary rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Fastlane's own unlawful conduct.

18. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, systems, Fastlane, or third parties; prevent unlawful activity; respond to a security issue; comply with law; or address a material breach of these Terms.

Sections that by their nature should continue - including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law, and general provisions - survive termination.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may be highlighted on the Site where appropriate. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing law and disputes

Governing law:[CONFIRM JURISDICTION]

Courts or arbitration forum:[CONFIRM EXCLUSIVE OR NON-EXCLUSIVE FORUM]

The governing-law and forum provisions are subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice and reasonable discussion.

21. General provisions

21.1 Entire agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning use of the Site. They do not replace any separate agreement governing client services, employment, confidentiality, or another relationship.

21.2 Severability

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

21.3 No waiver

A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

21.4 Assignment

You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Fastlane may assign these Terms in connection with an affiliate reorganization, merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business or assets.

21.5 Interpretation

Headings are for convenience only. Words such as "including" mean "including without limitation". A reference to writing includes email where permitted by law.

22. Contact

Questions or notices concerning these Terms may be sent to:
